Sony shooting don't need to do that with 400 PDAF points literally sprawled all over the frame, especially at the very edges of the frame.
You're attempting to assume the Sony isn't ergonomic or is difficult or cumbersome to use because you're attempting to use it like an old DSLR, manually shifting points around, wasting time. You don't need focus points as you do on a DSLR with a Sony, EyeAF relegates shifting points or head bobbing to ancient history.
ISO adjustment on a Sony (at least all of mine) is as many button pushes as my D800/E/10. It is an issue that it blown out of proportion to scare non-Sony users who probably think that it is akin to jpeg compression, which it is not. I have been shooting Sony (only raw) since 2006 and have never encountered a raw compression artefact. In the meantime they have enabled an uncompressed raw which whilst not perfect should eliminate any issues that anyone is having. Ideally Sony should should implement a lossless compressed raw. You are again all over this thread banging on about lossy raw, which no-one really cares about. The reference was to your one-issue status.
It's disingenuous of you to harp on about this. They are extremely (and rightly) intolerant of such behaviour. I seriously doubt anyone used anti-semitic language towards you (how would they know you were a semite?) and the moderators of this board would not tolerate that. Hadn't realised you were addressing me above as you called me 'Rudder' - presumably an auto-correct typo.
